Agreement to Terms
Welcome to SteadyHome Pacifica Roofs. By using our website or hiring us for roofing services, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.
Our Services
We provide professional roofing services including repairs, replacements, installations, inspections, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. When you request our services, we'll provide you with an estimate. Once you approve it, we'll schedule the work and complete it according to industry standards.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars. We'll give you a written estimate before starting any work. The final cost might change if we discover additional problems during the job. We'll always tell you about extra costs before doing additional work. Payment is due when the work is completed unless we arrange different terms with you. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We'll do our best to start and finish your project on time. However, weather, material delays, or unexpected issues might cause delays. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations might result in a cancellation fee.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. All labor comes with our warranty, and materials come with manufacturer warranties. The specific warranty terms will be included in your service agreement. If something goes wrong due to our workmanship, we'll fix it at no extra cost during the warranty period.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to give us safe access to your property during the scheduled work times. Please remove any valuable items from the work area and keep children and pets away from the job site. We'll take reasonable care to protect your property, but we're not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or Acts of God.
Limitation of Liability
We carry proper insurance for our work. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provided. We're not responsible for indirect damages or losses that happen as a result of our services.
Disputes and Governing Law
If we have a disagreement about our services, we'll try to resolve it through friendly discussion first. If that doesn't work, any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of San Mateo County, California, and will follow California state laws.
Changes to Terms
We might update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new terms on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
